Route Driver – Phoenix Only
Dedicated Route Drivers
Intellogistics, the Industry Leader in Southwest Regional Transportation is seeking professional, seasoned Dedicated Route Drivers.
We have an immediate need to fill twenty new positions due to business expansion and continued growth with the leading online retailer. This is a large Dedicated Route Application on the Customer’s site operating 7 days a week. This position requires up to 10.5 hour shifts with Lunch Break per day DRIVING NEW CARGO VANS. Opportunity to earn $140.30 per day. Full and part time shifts available.
The successful candidate must be able to interact with our Customer/Dispatchers and provide exceptional error free service by following precise Routed Stop Instructions while adhering to all prescribed Operating Procedures and Scanning Protocols.
This is an Hourly position with opportunities for Performance Incentives and $250 BONUS after 60 days.
Skills/ Requirements
Minimum requirements:
Minimum Age is 21
Minimum High School Graduate or GED
Must possess a Valid AZ Driver’s License with Clean MVR Record
Must pass Comprehensive Background and Drug Screening as prescribed by Customer
Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills
Must exhibit proven computer skills with strong emphasis on scanning with Company supplied
device.
Must possess strong attention to detail with outstanding listening & follow through skills.
Must be punctual, dependable, organized and have the flexibility to work weekends if required
due to Seven Day per Week operating requirements.
